Endeavor Lebanon & L’Oréal Liban Launch the Lebanese Women Empowerment Program (LWEP)
Supporting women founders to scale and strengthen Lebanon’s entrepreneurial ecosystem
At a time when businesses in Lebanon are navigating ongoing uncertainty, Endeavor Lebanon has launched the Lebanese Women Empowerment Program (LWEP) to provide structured support to women founders building and scaling their companies.
Developed in collaboration with L’Oréal Liban and in partnership with ESA Business School and Publicis Group Middle East, the program responds to a clear need: enabling women-led businesses to access relevant networks, mentorship, and growth opportunities despite current constraints.
The program received a strong number of applications, underscoring both the demand for such initiatives and the sustained momentum of women founders operating in Lebanon.
Following the selection process, 8 founders were selected for the cohort, representing sectors including Agri & Food Systems, Health & Wellness, and Consumer Tech & Retail.
Meet the 2026 LWEP Cohort:
- Alchemy: A Mediterranean aromatherapy brand crafting plant-based personal care, home, and wellness products using upcycled, regionally sourced ingredients.
- Bionord: A Lebanese agrifood company producing natural, locally sourced dairy products using 100% fresh milk, while supporting local farmers and preserving traditional Lebanese flavors through sustainable practices.
- Cosma Beauty Clinic: A Ministry of Health licensed clinic offering dermatology, and personalized wellness treatments, combining clinical expertise with holistic care tailored to each client.
- Dr. Feed: A circular agritech company converting agricultural and food-processing by-products into high-quality, cost-effective animal feed, reducing waste while improving farm efficiency and sustainability.
- Hajjar Foods SA: A Lebanese venture producing natural, grass-fed goat dairy products, working closely with local farmers to deliver high-quality, sustainable alternatives to imported dairy across local and export markets.
- My Smart Wardrobe: A circular fashion company restoring bags, shoes, and accessories through expert craftsmanship, extending product lifecycles while combining premium service with sustainable, waste-reducing practices.
- Oh! Bakehouse: A health-focused bakery redefining desserts and bread with gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free recipes, using clean, transparent, and high-quality ingredients without compromising on taste.
- WATA CIDER: A Lebanese craft cider brand rooted in a fourth-generation apple orchard, producing premium ciders from locally grown apples, with growing international presence and a vision to expand into a broader nature-driven product ecosystem.
Founders will benefit from tailored mentorship, expert-led workshops, and access to powerful local and global networks.
The team behind LWEP is looking forward to kicking off the program and supporting this cohort in their next phase of growth.
