WEE READY is an investment readiness program for women-owned and women-led SMEs in Lebanon, designed to strengthen their foundations, access financing opportunities, and prepare for growth. The program is implemented by Endeavor Lebanon in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and funded by the Government of Canada.

Who is WEE READY for?
WEE READY is for women entrepreneurs, women owners, or women leaders running businesses that have moved beyond the idea stage and are demonstrating traction, growth potential, and ambition to scale.
You may be preparing to raise external capital or strengthening your business for future growth. WEE READY is designed to help you take that next step.
Eligibility criteria:
You must meet at least one of the following:
- Woman Entrepreneur: The business is owned and operated by a woman
- Women Owned Business: At least 51% of the business is owned by a woman or a group of women
- Woman Leader: You hold an active senior or C-level role in the business, such as CEO, CFO, COO, Managing Director or Managing Partner, and will personally participate in the program

Agro-food
Including food production, agriculture-related businesses, and agro-tourism initiatives.
Cosmetics & Personal Care
Including beauty, personal care, cosmetics, home care and related businesses.
Creative Industries
Including fashion, design and arts.
Business and Tech Services
Including logistics, e-commerce platforms, HealthTech, EdTech, digital marketing, web & software development, and AI & automation tools.
How does it work?
WEE READY includes two stages.
Phase 1: General Investment Readiness Track
100 women participants will take part in a one-day investment readiness training and peer learning session in October 2026.
Phase 2: Tailored Investment Readiness Track
20 to 30 high-potential women participants representing at least 15 businesses will be selected for a tailored program featuring coaching, mentoring, investor engagement, and market exposure over 12 months.
