The Lebanese Women Empowerment Program Comes to a Close
The first edition of LWEP came to a close, marking the end of 15 weeks of conversations, mentorship, and shared learning. Delivered by Endeavor Lebanon in partnership with L’Oréal Liban, and with the collaboration of ESA Business School and Publicis Groupe Middle East, 8 founders took part in the program’s first cohort.
These founders came in knowing their businesses well. What Endeavor Lebanon brought was a shift in perspective. Through the program, they learned from founders who had built and scaled before them, gained guidance from mentors with firsthand experience, and became part of a peer community that will outlast the program itself. Connecting entrepreneurs to the right people at the right moment is at the core of what Endeavor does, and LWEP was built with that in mind.
As we wrap up this cohort, we’re excited to see what comes next for these founders. One thing’s for sure: they leave more connected, more confident about where they are going, and with a bigger sense of what they can build.
